    1. Statistics 604 tabled pending more info from department
    2. Statistics 528 – approved

                                                               i.      Part of minor program, change will help minimize overlap in student course work

    1. Statistics 674 – approved

                                                               i.      Current pre-reqs no longer needed for course since content is more self-contained

    1. Statistics 891 – approved

                                                               i.      Cross listing with multiple departments across campus

                                                             ii.      Need form for 891.01 – approved

                                                            iii.      Establishing generic

    1. Geo Sci 151 – approved

                                                               i.      New course requesting GEC status in Natural Sci category

    1. BS-CIS Minor Revision – approved

                                                               i.      Changes provide more relevant course work for individual tracks

                                                             ii.      Change 201 pre-req course to required course to allow students credit on the minor for this additional course work

  1. ASC Exit Survey
    1. Question of how many questions will be on survey, how many can be college and major specific? Would like to see 20 ASC, 5 college & 5 major
    2. Jessica will follow-up with Alexis Collier regarding the number of questions that are allowed and at what level and send information to the committee
    3. Suggested that if it is only college OR major is allowed, major questions would be asked with a set that are same across the college
    4. Next meeting we will brainstorm questions to use
  2. Enrollment of new Freshmen
    1. Concern expressed over the number of students that need to be accommodated in Chemistry, a request for help from the College will be coming
    2. Suggested that students who are not freshmen be advised to take Chem 121 in Spring & Summer
  3. Physics Major numbers increasing dramatically 32 – 50 in one year
    1. Causing stress on major course work, there seems to be a difference in ability level for quantum physics
    2. Suggested that a 594 be proposed to pilot a new version of quantum to help gear course work more appropriately with students based on educational (graduate work) goals
    3. Suggested that 2 sections of course be created with pre-req of Permission of Instructor so that program can meet with students and determine which students should be in which section
