1. concurrence is fine
2. syllabus: (1) recommend to add learning objectives; (2) p.1: revise the 1^st sentence to make it more consistent with the course title, that the course is about Latin America, rather than (3) p.2: reference clearly about the CD in “Challenge material”
3. Pre-reqs: no pre-reqs? Can a freshman at the 1^st quarter take this?
4. Rationale page: tie the course more closely to Latin America, the only country mentioned is Russia
