The assessment plan looked good, and if you could add the below items to it, we would like to use it as a "model assessment plan" for GEC proposals:


h)      Include copy of student survey mentioned in assessment plan.
i)  Suggestion to include language about "keeping a log of changes made to syllabus and teaching materials."
j)      Suggestion to include language about "keeping a summary paragraph written after each course that discusses the instructor's assessment of the course."
