7-14-14: Approved with the following contingencies:

  1. The minimum suite of courses needed to complete the major must be approved for the regional campus and be deliverable at the regional campus.  
  2. The lack of lab facilities and need of additional instructors should be fully resolved.  
  3. In addition, Marion should refrain from actively advising students on this major until the points above have been take care of.
