The contingency to the course request pertained to the GE assessment plan, which was a requirement in the GEL. Apart from that, the course was approved as a course. Therefore, the course is deemed to have been approved as a simple course without GEL when in AU23, the Dept submitted it without the S and with a request for GEN Theme: Citizenship for a Diverse and Just World.
