Concurrence | Classics Concurs: Dear Ms. Hallihan, somehow, my answer must have been lost in cyberspace; I apologize. I have read Professor MacGilvray's answer, and I think that it takes care of the most important question we had raised in the department, and which I then discussed with you. I think the extension towards the Middle Ages and the Renaissance now makes both courses into something that is clearly different from our course. I am still interested in working together with Professor McGilvray on a cluster project. I understand his hesitations given the time involved, but I will contact him directly. In your mail of Dec. 12, you said that an email would suffice: is this still valid? Best Fritz Graf Classics contacted via phone and visit in December, and via e-mail on 1-9 and 1-18 (final notification) - if no reply, assume concurrence as of 1-23-08. kmh |
