| Administrative | The CCI approved the revision to the major unanimously with the following revisions: - Remove AAAS 305 from the course list (as it has been withdrawn) (p.13). - AAAS 303 and 505 should be added with the titles (p. 13). - Change the wording to reflect 15 hours @ the 500-level or higher, to indicate that this is a minimum, not a maximum. Suggested wording: "15 credit hours at the 500-level or above." - Double-check all the withdrawn courses to ensure that forms have been submitted to withdraw these courses. - Add information on a transition plan, and how students will be advised in the interim. - It was suggested that AAAS develop an advising sheet with approved courses from outside departments to assist in the advising process.
