Smith's sylluabus approved. Schrock.21 contacted via e-mail 10/22/07
- Question as to level of course as related to workload and assignment content. Complexity of readings given the time allowed for discussion in course are more akin to 500-level. Pare down more complex readings to a 300-level. Volume is acceptable.
- Final exam day and time must be on syllabus.
- Reconsider time allotted (10 min x 25 students) for class presentations all scheduled for last day. Devote more classes to presentation periods.
- Clarify when films are to be viewed (in class or outside of class) and if outside, how will students have access to them? If in class, how much time can be devoted to assigned readings and discussions?
